ITIL Certified

Technology Engineering is proud to announce that it's employees are now ITIL certified. ITIL certification means that when working at solving your technology needs, we will be able to keep the industry standard practices for providing efficient economical IT processes in mind as we evaluate solutions that will help your business.

For example ITIL teaches to evaluate the RIO (Return on Investment) for any business process that you implement. As we engineer solutions for your business, it's possible that the solutions that we design would not have a valuable return for your investment in that solution. This would allow us to focus our attentions on business improvements that maximize your investment, and only implement those that have a good business case.

We take pride in being industry leaders in all aspects of technology and consider this a step in the right direction for us and our customers.

Chad Mullin for Ludlow School Committee

Congratulations go out to Chad Mullin for his election to Ludlow School Committee Technology Engineering is a proud sponsor of Chad's run for office. As one of our Google Apps customers Technology Engineering was able to

provide an online presence for Chad's campaign as he ran for School Committee.

By using Google Apps we were able to provide an affordable solution that allowed Chad to get his message out about his goals and objectives to help the Ludlow School System. We were able to design a simple site for him that not only had imagery of his family and friends, but also provided an interactive form that allowed his supporters to join his mailing list.

With the use of Google Analytics we were able to show Chad which marketing campaigns were driving traffic to his site, how those users were using the site to gather information. Google Analytics helps shape traffic patterns by showing you how long users spend on your site, and how your marketing is driving up traffic.
