ITIL certification means that when working at solving your technology needs, we will be able to keep the industry standard practices for providing efficient economical IT processes in mind as we evaluate solutions that will help your business.  For example ITIL teaches to evaluate the RIO (Return on Investment) for any business process that you implement. As we engineer solutions for your business, it's possible that the solutions that we design would not have a valuable return for your investment in that solution. This would allow us to focus our attentions on business improvements that maximize your investment, and only implement those that have a good business case.
